“We built this small remodeling company 20 years ago to offer a quick response to problems in potential customer’s homes whether it be a large problem or small problem, such as a burned-out light bulb. I want customers to call me and know the problem will be taken care of as if it was my own problem. I have never encountered a job that was too small for me, in fact because I work by myself the jobs I like are the small to medium ones. I also like to take on the bigger jobs. When I take on those bigger jobs I hire a semi-retired gentleman to work alongside me at no additional cost per hour to the homeowner.”
